P2V Individual Donor Levels

• P2V Basic: $25 — Provides a leash and collar for a P2V Hero adopting a shelter pet;
• P2V Chihuahua Starter Kit: $60 — Provides all the equipment needed (leash, collar, feeding and water bowls and a crate) for a P2V Hero adopting a small-sized shelter pet;
• P2V Basset Hound Starter Kit: $100 — Provides all the equipment needed (leash, collar, feeding and water bowls and a crate) for a P2V Hero adopting a medium-sized pet;
• P2V Golden Retriever Starter Kit: $130 — Provides all the equipment needed (leash, collar, feeding and water bowls and a crate) for a P2V Hero adopting a large-sized pet;
• P2V Adoption Sponsor: $650 — Covers total average cost (all equipment and one full year of the hero’s pet for pet insurance) for the P2V Hero pet-adoption process;
• P2V Friend: $1000 — Entitles you to a mention in P2V’s newsletter; a personal letter and picture from a P2V Hero and his or her pet;
• P2V Supporter: $10,000 — Entitles you to a mention in P2V’s newsletter and website; a personal letter from a P2V Hero and his or her pet; and an invitation to one of the P2V events (picnic, fundraising dinner, etc.), which provides the opportunity to meet P2V Heroes and their pets.

P2V Corporate Sponsorship Levels

• Purple Heart ($500 – $1,000) — Listing on P2V’s website under “$500 – $1,000” section;
• Bronze Star ($1,000 – $5,000) — Listing on P2V’s website under “$1,000 – $5,000” section. Mention in P2V’s newsletter; personal letter and picture from P2V Hero and his or her pet;
• Silver Star ( $5,000 – $10,000) — Listing on P2V’s website under “$5,000 – $10,000” section. Mention in P2V’s newsletter; personal letter and picture from P2V Hero and his or her pet; invitation to one of the P2V events (picnic, fundraising dinner, etc.), which provides the opportunity to meet P2V Heroes and their pets; 
• Medal of Honor ($10,000 – $25,000) — Listing on P2V’s website under “$10,000 – $25,000” section. Mention in P2V’s newsletter; personal letter and picture from P2V Hero and his or her pet; several invitations to P2V events (picnic, fundraising dinner, etc.) providing many opportunities to meet P2V Heroes and their pets.
